After International Women's Day

This year marks the hundredth anniversary of International Women's Day and it is, therefore, pertinent to ask why stories of young girls being sold into marriage "in our own backyard" as Phyllis Chesler says, should be of so little interest to the media and the various feminist organizations.

  1. In the US it became clear that the "feminist" organizations were far more interested in promoting leftist politics than women's rights.and that the latter was a mere pretext. Bill Clinton, accused (plausibly,I think)rapist and exploiter of women destroyed their cover, when they supported him during his impeachment trial. I suspect similar organizations on your side of the pond, are motivated likewise, by ideology and the easy money which comes from gullible donors and gov't entities.
