Third Reading of the EU Referendum Bill in the House of Lords will take place this afternoon. It is
described as a "final chance" to tidy up the Bill and there has been a good deal of tidying up already. However, it has also been
amended on the question of voting rights and will, therefore, have to go back to the Commons. We are likely to see a bit of toing and froing.
