The Wall Street Journal reports that instead of investigating the murder (not to put too fine a point on it) of Sergey Magnitsky in Russian prison, "the prosecutor's office in Moscow recently announced the reopening of a tax evasion case against" the man, who has been dead for nearly two years. The 
Telegraph wrote about it a little while ago but it was the WSJ that reminded us all of Nikolay Gogol's great satirical novel, 
Dead Souls.
