The BBC News staff are on strike. Or so I am told. As I never listen to the Today programme I would not have noticed. News is available from many other sources and the BBC spin on things is not essential. What I cannot understand is why this should matter to anyone.

  1. It doesn't matter but it was wonderful listening to Radio 3 this morning, far less stupid chat and more good music. None of the idiotic welcoming of the presenter who would entertain (not) us in two hours time, gushing at each other. As if we cared, just do the job you are paid for.

  2. How appropriate that the Corporation files it under “Entertainment and Arts”. A flash of self-awareness there, perhaps?
